Jewfish - What lures/plastics are good?

Hey all, as the title suggests I'm after some hints to help with what lures or plastics seem to work best for jew? As I'm looking to target them in the coming weeks!

i like 5 and 6 inch paddle tails Ben,storms mostly

Yep, 4 to 5 inch paddle tails,Powerbaits or Squidgies I reckon.Mind you I've yet to catch one big enough to boast about.

Having only caught a few jew myself but also talking to other people about this and each person has said a different plastic. Really if the Jew are there and hungry they"ll eat your plastic. Few plastics that have worked for me are, 100mm squidgy fish, 5-7" gulp flick bait and the gulp shrimps.

Use what everyone else does there...................the Threadybuster!

Could pick yourself up a threadfin as well.

PM "Danners" or "Kevin", the TB's are available in certain tackle shops now.
