How cool is it!!
Went for a little mission to the East Coast with a work colleague - Shannan, who was keen to land his first Bream on plastics
We came to a spot where we literally saw easily 100 Bream cruising back and forth .... But my word, they were hard to tempt
We both cracked out the HB's (SX-40) and had so many look in's - but anytime it looked like they were about to engulf it, a Toadfish would come along and I could even see the Bream rolling their eyes
It was pretty frustrating but also pretty damn sweet to watch them only a few metres away. They would sort of stare it down, i'd give em a tiny tweak which produced follows but many simply turned away. I managed to land my first Bream on HB and a few on Plastics. Shannan also converted a few taps to a nice Bream of about 37cm - and FAT
All up we saw about 10 Dead Bream around the banks There were a few baito's around who were keeping their catch, so not sure if they have been handled poorly and released or just died of natural causes . Some were well sized too - 35cm
